What is arthritis?
,Arthritis is the swelling and tenderness of a joint. The main symptoms of arthritis are joint pain and stiffness, which typically worsen with age. The most common type of arthritis is osteoarthritis. Osteoarthritis causes cartilage, the hard, slippery tissue that covers the ends of bones where they form a joint, to break down. The other common form or arthritis is rheumatoid arthritis, which is when the synovial membrane that protects and lubricates joints becomes inflamed, causing pain and swelling.

The M.A.D unit produces a very specific and focused form of PEMF wave (pulsed electromagnetic wave) which penetrates deep into the body. This wave type (shape, frequency and power) produces two critically important benefits for the area of the body that is being treated.
