Terms of Purchase of the MAD-1.
These terms and conditions will apply to all transactions on MAD-1.com web site. You should read through them carefully before placing your order.
In order to place an order and to enter into a legally binding contract with us, you must be over 18 years old. It is necessary to read and agree to the following terms and statements regarding the 'purchase and use’ of the MAD-1 before you can proceed to purchase any of our products. We reserve the right to refuse to accept your order if we find that orders are in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
Product prices.
All prices are given in US dollars and are inclusive of all taxes at the point of distribution. However, in some areas of the world there may be customs duties or other local taxes that may apply and if so, these are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

Availability
Product and prices are valid as advertised on MAD-1.com. If a product is out of stock it will be clearly listed as such and you will not be able to make that purchase until the item is back in stock. We do not accept advance purchases on items that are not in stock.
Shipping
All orders are shipped from New Zealand, usually within one working day of payment confirmation .
Purchasers are responsible for any duties and/or taxes levied at the point of entry of the destination country.
For your security items will only be shipped to the registered paypal address only.
We use New Zealand Post 'track and trace' service to provide increased international postal security and insurance for your purchased item. Items purchased with a total value of less than $80 USD can be sent by New Zealand Post's Air Mail service, which is substantially cheaper than the 'track and trace' service. However, items sent via standard Air Mail are not insured and delivery cannot be guaranteed by us.
Warranty
Your MAD-1 device is unconditionally warranted from defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year.
If the device fails during this time period due to faulty workmanship then you can return it, with proof of purchase, to the distribution agent and it will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
Please note that the warranty is void if the device shows evidence of having chemical, sand or water damage, tampering or corrosion.
Returns
Should you not be completely happy with your MAD-1, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your purchase, a refund of the purchase price, excluding postage and packing charges will be made to you.
To prevent fraud we will refund to the purchasing paypal account only. No cash or cheque refunds will be issued as an alternative.

All text, notes, illustrations and images reproduced at mad-1.com are the copyright of the website owner M.E.S. Technologies Inc and are protected by intellectual property law worldwide. In accordance with the provisions of Intellectual Property legislation any use of the materials on MAD-1 .com is only permitted with the prior written authorization of the copyright owners and any use without is an infringement of the author's copyright and a violation of intellectual property rights.

General Terms of Purchase
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless M.E.S. Technologies Incorporated, its officers, directors, employees, agents, information providers and suppliers from and against all losses, expenses, cost and damages, resulting from purchase and use of the MAD-1 device and the M.E.S. Technologies website or literature.
You agree that neither M.E.S. Technologies Incorporated, nor its officers, directors, employees, agents, information providers or suppliers shall have any liability to you under any theory of liability or indemnity in connection with your purchase and use of the MAD-1 Device, the M.E.S. Technologies Incorporated website or its literature.
You hereby release and forever waive any and all claims you may have against M.E.S. Technologies Incorporated, it’s officers, directors, employees, agents, information providers or suppliers, (including but not limited to claims based upon the negligence of M.E.S. Technologies Incorporated ,its officers , directors, employees, agents, information providers or suppliers) for losses or damages you sustain in connection with M.E.S. Technologies Incorporated and the MAD-1 device.
All damages, direct or indirect, special, incidental, consequential or punitive arising from any use of the information provided by M.E.S. Technologies Incorporated and the MAD-1 device are hereby excluded even if M.E.S. Technologies Incorporated, its officers, directors, employees, agents, information providers or suppliers have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and that you posses the legal right and ability to enter into this Agreement.
We thank you for your time in reading and accepting this agreement, which we hope you appreciate is necessary in the litigious world in which we now live.
Your purchase of the MAD-1 device is your agreement to be bound by the Terms of purchase. If you do not wish to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement you may not proceed with the purchase of this device.
